License Amendment Application to Revise Technical Specification 6.0 Regarding Station Reviev Board composition and organizational Titles Gentlement Enclosed is an application foi an amendment to the Davis-Besse Nucleat Pove Station (DBNPS), Unit Number 1, Opetating License Numbet NPF-3. Appendix A.

Technical Specifications. The proposed changes involve Technical Specification 6.0, Administrative Controls.

The proposed changes affect Technical specification (1S) 6.0 by tevising the Station Reviev Board (SRB) composition. In addition, vatious othei po9ition titles within TS 6.0 are proposed for revision to reflect organizational changes. The ptoposed changes are administrative in natute.

The proposed changes are similar to the intent of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC's) guidance of Genetic 1.etter (GL) 88 06, dated Match 22, 1988, Removal of Organization Chaits from Technical Specification Administrative Control Requirements (Toledo Edison lettet tog Number 2534).

The ptoposed changes are similat to those apptoved by the NRC on October 10, 1989 as License Amendment Number 122 (TAC Number 74194) to the Ctystal Rives Nuclear Generating plant Opetating License Numbet DPR- 72, Appendix A, Technical Specifications and apptoved by the NRC on Novembet 14, 1990 as License Amendment Number 10 (TAC Number 75616) and 20 (TAC humbet 75617)to South Texas Projects Unit I and 2 Operating License Numbet NPF-80 Appendix A, Technical Specificatlo.,s.
