complete Plan submittal and will supersede and replace the existing issued Plans updated through, Oconee Security Plan Revision 38, Oconee Safeguards Contingency Plan Revision 12, McGuire Security Plan Revision 49, McGuire Safeguards Contingency Plan Revision 7,

Catawba Security Plan Revision 31, and Catawba Safeguards Contingency Plan Revision 12.

r The updated pages do not decrease the effectiveness of the existing Duke Power Company Security and Contingency Plans; However it will not be implemented until NRC approval is received.

i The portions of the enclosed pages to the Duke Power Company Nuclear Security and Contingency plan that are considered safeguards information are indicated as "SGI".

The composite Plan is considered as safeguards information. Any information not portion marked as safeguards information shall be considered decontrolled when separated from the Plan.
