20555 In the Matter of Philadelphia Electric Company (Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2)

Docket Nos. 50-352 and 50-353 Gentlemen:

This letter will inform the Licensing Board of an agreement made in furtherance of its Memorandum and Order Confirming Schedules Established During Prehearing Conference (May 16, 1983).

That Order requires at page 5 that the App 2.icant provide the intervenors and the City of Philadelphia with copies of the draft emergency plans as they are submitted to the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency for its review.

Applicant has discussed this matter with counsel for Limerick Ecology Action

(" LEA")

the lead intervenor on emergency planning.

Because each set of plans is approximately 7,000 pages in length, it was agreed that the Applicants may discharge this requirement by delivering to counsel for LEA three sets of the draft emergency plans.

LEA will undertake appropriate distribution to the other interested intervenors.
