This is in response to your letter of March 22, 1983 regarding your comments in reference to Revision 8 to the North Anna i'ower Station Security Plan.
We have reviewed your comments coriterning those items which you identified as being inconsistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have had several discussions with the reviewer and Inspection and Enforcement personnel at Region Il concerning these changes.
Based on those conversations, we are enclosing our response to your comments and a copy of a letter of understanding between the NRC and Vepco.
