holder of Provisional Operating License No. DPR-66, hereby requests that our Application No. 79 be revised concerning boron concentration reduction in the Boron Injecticn Tank.
The proposed revision is set forth in Attachment A to this Appli-cation. A revised safety evaluation is set forth in Attachment B.
The proposed change does not involve a significant change in the types or a significant increase in the amounts of effluents or any change in the authorized power level of the facility. The change involves a single safety issue, revision of Application No. 79 concerning boron concentra-tion reduction in the Boron Injection Tank, and is in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that our Application No. 79 be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
