Three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of Revision II to cur Application for an Amendment to Operating License DPR-66 to amend our previous application concerning boron concentration reduction in the Boron Injection Tank.

Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A and B which set forth the revised change in Technical Spec-ification and its revised safety evaluation.
We have detemined this to be a revision to an existing change request, therefore, no fee is required.
