Answer: No -

The Technical Specification Surveillance Requirement is not being deleted, but is being transferred to a more applicable section of the Technical Specifications.

The system component surveillance intervals will remain the same.

Answer: No -

The Service Water System is not being modified in any way; therefore, the system's performance will remain the same and will not expose any new unreviewed accident scenarios.

System parameters and component surveillances will remain the same; therefore, there will be no impact on the margin of safety.
