In the Ccerective Action section of Significant Deficiency Report SD 413-414/81-25, 1
dat,ed Novetaber 13, 1981, it was stated that the sal relay modification kits were to be ordered and installed by January 1, 1983; instead. the sal relays were returned to Westinghouse for repair. This caused a delay in expected installa-tion date. The relays have been returned to Duke and are to be installed by August 1,.1983.
