This letter refers to the Inspection conducted by Mr. L. E. Vorderbrueggen during March 1 - April 30, 1983, as documented in your letter of May 25, 1983, of activities authorized by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)

Construction Permit No. CPPR-141, 142, and 143.

Due to the extensive investigation and evaluation required.for the item of noncompliance, it is now expected that our response will be finalized by.

July 25, 1983, at which time a complete report will be submitted.
