TO STAFF'S REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS West Valley Agricultural Protection Council, Inc.
(" West Valley") hereby responds to Staff Request for Production of Documents as follows:
1.
West Valley has no objection to producing the documents requ'ested in Requests Nos. 1 and 2, but at this point in time, West Valley has not decided upon which documents it intends to introduce
~~ as exhibits in this proceeding or which documents it intends to utilize during the cross-examination of witnesses at the hearing in this proceeding.
As soon as West Valley makes these choices, it'will produce the documents requested in Request Nos. 1 and 2.
