RESPONSE OF WEST VALLEY AGRICULTURAL PROTECTION COUNCIL, INC.

TO STAFF'S REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS West Valley Agricultural Protection Council, Inc. (" West Valley") hereby responds to Staff Request for Production of Documents as follows:

1. West Valley has no objection to producing the documents requ'ested in Requests Nos. 1 and 2, but at this point in time, West Valley has not decided upon which documents it intends to introduce

~~ as exhibits in this proceeding or which documents it intends to utilize during the cross-examination of witnesses at the hearing in this proceeding. As soon as West Valley makes these choices, it'will produce the documents requested in Request Nos. 1 and 2.
