Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 Docket Nos. 50-269, -270, -287 Inspection Report 50-269, -270, -287/93-23 Revised Response to Notice of Violation By letter data 3 September 24, 1993, the NRC issued a Notice of Violation as described in the subject Inspection Report.
Our response was submitted in a letter dated October 25, 1993.
In our response to the violation, we committed to revise the Molded Case Circuit Breaker Test and Inspection Procedure.
The procedure revision was not completed by the Unit 2 End of Cycle refueling outage.
It has been incorporated into the Emergency Power project and is scheduled for completion by 11/1/95.
This is the third extension of this commitment from the original completion dat; of 12/15/93.
