Dear Mr. Clark:
NUREG-0737, Items II.F.1.6 and III.D.3.4 The above referenced letters included communications regard-ing the District's completion of NUREG-0737, Items II.F.1.6 (containment hydrogen monitors) and III.D.3.4 (control room habitability including instrumentation for detection of air-l borne iodine radiation in the control room, electrical and mechanical modifications to the UVAC, and instrumentation for monitoring of toxic chemical gaaes).
Completion l
schedules for these items were also included in the above referenced correspondence.
The purpose of this letter is to provide confirmation that the following actions have been completed.
The repairs referenced in the March 14, 1983 letter for Item II.F.1.6 (containment hydrogen monitors) have been completed.
In-stallation of the instrumentation for the detection of air-borne iodine radiation in the control room was completed in accordance with the schedule given in reference (2).
It has been determined that no modifications are required for the electrical and mechanical portions of the control room heat-ing and ventilation system and, therefore, this item is con-sidered completed.
