Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Clarification of Inspection Report 91-02 A review of Inspection Report No. 50-219/91-02 revealed three items requiring clarification. The following information is provided:
Page 3 states that the Emergency Preparedness staf f will continue to report to the Director - OC.
While this was true at the time of the inspection, an acting Deputy Director was appointed and Emergency Preparedness now reports to him.
Page 3 states that the Lead Emergency Plenner position is vacant and that a selection to fill the vacancy has not been made. This was correct at the time of the inspection, but a selection has now been made.
Page 4 states that the Emergency Preparedness Manager is responsible for all onsite and offsite Emergency Preparedness. This is not correct.
The Manager, Corporate Emergency Preparedness is responsible for offsite issues. The Emergency Preparedness Manager le responsible for onsite Emergency Preparedness.
