April 16, 1991 0940 Commenced performance of special test procedure 1-ST-93.
purpose of the procedure is to allow reactor power to reach 100% and increase electrical output by bypassing a portion of the foodwater flow to the first point feedwater heators.
1300 Completed manipulation of the first point feedwater heater bypass valves por 1-ST-93.
The bypass valves are approximately 33-38%
open.
Unit stable at 100%.
