Dear Mr. Seidle:
This letter provides an update on the evaluation of nonconforming nuclear coatings applied in the Reactor Building of Wolf Creek Generating Station. A previous update was provided in Reference 1).
Reference 2) described the two-phase test program developed to evaluate the acceptability of the nonconforming nuclear coatings.
Phase 1 of the test program has now been completed and Phase 2 is scheduled to begin in July.
The status of the tests will be reported to you on or before December 2, 1983. In the interim, please direct any questions on this matter to me or to Mr. Otto Maynard of my staff.
