[ Reference (;b)] regarding the potential for pipe and comgonent overstress due to exceeding pipe pulling limits during welding fit up.

The purpose of this letter is to inform yoL. that Pullman-Higgins' efforts are now scheduled to be complete by D?cember 15, 1983, at which time a report on this subject will be issugd.
