Reportable Occurrence Report R0-370/83-27 was to have been submitted by July 8, 1983. This 30 day reportable occurrence (per T.S. 6.9.1.11) concerns T.S. 3.6.3, "The containment isolation valves specified in Table 3.6-2 shall be operable with isolation times as shown in Table 3.6-2," which was violated on June 9, 1983.

At this time investigation of the incident and preparation of a report are not yet complete. The report will be submitted by July 22, 1983.
