SUMMARY
REPORT ON THE EXAMINATION OF THE TUBE SPECIMEN REMOVED FROM "B" STEAM GENERATOR During the-1991 refueling outage for North Anna Unit 1, tube R11 C14 from the "B" steam generator was cut below the second hot leg support plate and pulled for examination to characterize corrosion cracking cuspected to exist at the first support plate. The results of this examination were discussed in conference calls held on March 8,1991 and April 26,1991.
The attached report is a followup to these conference calls and provides a summary of the examination data that is considered most significant, A more complete description of the data obtained and its analysis will be presented in the final report.
