APPLICANT'S REQUEST TO EXTEND THE TIME FOR RESPONDING TO THE HARTSVILLE GROUP'S MOTION TO COMPEL Under date of May 16, 1983, the Hartsville Group filed its first set of interrogatories and requests to produce on Applicant and the NRC Staff.*
Applicant has responded to most of the interrogatories addressed to Applicant but has objected to others.
On July 11, 1983, Hartsville Group filed with the Licensing Board a motion to compel Applicant to re-spond to the interrogatories to which objection had been taken.
Applicant's counsel has made arrangements to discuss with the representative of the Hartsville Group Applicant's objections l
and Hartsville Group's motion to compel in the hope of elim-l inating or narrowing some of the differences between the two parties.
In order to allow time for such discussions and pos-i l
sible resolution of differences, Applicant requests that the
