s, I have just realizedctihat the document request attached'to the subpoena's, issued o'n May 9,1983 and served upon yoursclients, was not correct.. I enclose a copy of the proper document request.

Apparerstly, the request we had been using;for the subpoenas to.the Known affiants was used.,

e The correct document request was included in the original applicatio'n and attached to subppenas issued earlier thissyear by Judge Bechhoefer.

These' subpoenas were sent to your clients, rather,to our Washington office, through clericc.1 error.
