OPERATIONS NARRATIVE Cooper Nuclear Station May 1983 The 1983 Refueling and Maintenance. Outage continued through the month'of May.

NDE of the reactor recirc piping has revealed possible cracks.

Examinations of all recire piping welds and weld overlay of possible cracks will extend the outage by several weeks. A July 1, 1983 start-up date is planned.~
