These are being provided to enable expansion of the implementing procedures into three volumes.
These revisions are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.3a(q) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the Energency Plan Implementing Precedures.
By copy of this letter, one binder and one copy of eaca of the above documents are being provided to the NRC, Region II.
