I am writing with mgards to the forthcoming meeting between GPU Nuclear and NRC on November 4th,1994 to discuss the design and repair of the modified Oyster Creek Core Shroud and the exemption of the meeting from "Open Meeting Statement of NRC Staff Policy."
A October 25,1994 notioc from NRC stated that the meeting was closed as the material related to " safeguards information." However, a follow-up telephone conversation to your office today clarified that a misprint had been entered for what was in fact deemed " proprietary informadun."

requests that the material be segregated into proprietary and non-proprietary sections and that the meeting be opened to (ht: public An the uvu-proprietary portion.
We fluther understand that the sutif has not yet made a determination on what materials will be considered proprietary. If this cannot be accomplished before the November 4th meeting date, we request that the meeting be postponed until the material can he segregated and the public allowed to attend the non-pmprietary portion.
