On June 23, 1983, you advised me that Multiple Intervenors had filed its petition to intervene in the captioned proceeding to support the application.
Noting that no one else sought intervention, you advised me that Multiple Intervenors would withdraw its petition, inasmuch as there would be no hearing.
By a response to the Licensing Board of the same date, I notifie'd the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of these facts.
7 The Board very properly has asked me last week when Multiple Intervenors will submit its withdrawal, because your filing is,necessary to complete the record.
