Eisenhut Our submittal fulfilling the original response requirements of Supplement 1 to NUREG 0737 (Emergency Response Capabilities) was forwarded to you by the referenced letter. That submittal included a commitment to have a Program Plan for Oyster Creek's Detailed Control Room Design Review by July 1,1983.
