AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE Amendment No. 188 License No. DPR-77 1.

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has found that:

A.

The application for amendment by Tennessee Valley Authority (the licensee) dated August 19, 1994, complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act),

j and the Commission's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; B.

The facility will operate in conformity with the application, the provisions of the Act, and the rules and regulations of the Commission; C.

There is reasonable assurance (i) that the activities authorized by t'-is amendment can be cono cte ' ait hout endangering th health and

Accordingly, facility Operating Licensee DPR-77 is amended by changing the implementation date of Amendment No.182 to read as follows:

License Amendment 182 is effective as of.its date of issuance and is to implemented as soon as acceptable plant. conditions and modification j

Paragraph 2.C.(2) of Facility Operating License No. DPR-77 is hereby amended to read as follows:

(2) Technical Soecifications The Technic:1 Specifications contained in Appendices A and B, as i

revised through Amendment No.138, are hereby incorporated in the license.

The licensee shall operate the facility in accordance with the Technical Specifications.

4.

This license amendment is effective as of its date of issuance, to be implemented as soon as acceptable plant conditions and modification activities / procedures are established in 1995.

Amendment No. 180 License No. DPR-79 i

1.

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has found that:
