Stop Work Order No. 007 Electrical Cable Tray and Tray Attachment Installation
Dear Mr. Keppler:
On January 18, 1982 a Stop Work Order was initiated on electrical cable tray and tray attachment installation.
A recovery plan was developed to correct the deficiencies associated with the Stop Work Order.
Illinois Power Company received a Confirmatory Action Letter dated January 27, 1982 which documented problems identi.fied during the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's ongoing inspection in the area of the safety related electrical work at the Clinton Power Station.
The letter also stated their understanding of what action Illinois Power has taken and/or will take to resolve those problems.
Illinois Power Company has completed the actions stated in the January 27, 1982 Confirmatory Action Letter and the portions of the recovery plan which are necessary to lift the Stop Work Order.
The appropriate procedures and instructions have been revised and training has been accomplished and documented.
It is requested that you review Illinois Power Company's actions and concur in lifting the Stop Work Order on electrical cable tray and tray attachment installation.
