... provide a detailed accounting of the times for each individual welder, listed by ' stamp' in the enclosure, during the completion of the special welder's qualification program for the

requalification program between July 20, and November 1, 1982.
If no special training was provided for the listed individuals, your submittal should state that fact".
The requested information has been collected by CG&E and we l
are taking steps to confirm the accuracy and adequacy of the information prior to CG&E affirmation.
This effort is expected to be completed by August 15, 1983.
Per the agreement reached in I

Schweibinz on July 15, 1983, the requested information will be submitted under oath or affirmation by August 15, 1983.
