Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Reportable Occurrence Report R0-370/83-18 was to have been submitted by June 10, 1983. This 30 day Reportable Occurrence (per T.S. 6.9.1.11) concerns T.S. 3.3.3.8, "Tha radioactive liquid ef fluent monitoring instrumentation channels shown in Table 3.3-12 shall be operable...", which was violated on May 13, 1983. At this time, investigation of the incident is not yet complete.
The report will be submitted by June 20, 1983.
