Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/83-65 was to have been submitted by August 24, 1983. This 30-day reportable occurrence (per T.S. 6.9.1.11) concerns T.S. 3.4.3, "The pressurizer shall be operable with... at least two groups of pressurizer heaters each having a capacity of at least 150 kw." which was violated on July 25, 1983. The information required for this report is not yet available.
Submittal of the conplete report is expected by August 31, 1983.
