Enclosed for filing with the Commission is Amendment No. 54 to the License Applic.ation of Philadelphia Electric Company in the above captioned matter.
This Amendment makes changes to the Final Safety Analysis Report as a' result of meetings and discussions with NRC Branches (Power Systems, Auxiliary Systems, Instrumentation and Control. Systems, Core Performance, Quality Assurance, Containment Systems and Mechanical Engineering).
In addition, the Amendment revises the Design Assessment Report in response to the NRC Staff's letter of June 23, 1983 which transmitted question 220.22.
This filing consists of three originals and nineteen copies of Amendment No. 54 to the License Application, sixty copies of Revision 23 to the Final Safety Analysis Report and forty copies of Revision 5 to the Design Assessment Report.
