SUMMARY

OF OPERATIONS MAY, 1983 The Unit experienced no shutdowns or significant power reductions during the month of May.

In addition to items previously reported, the following safety-related maintenance was performed in April.

1.

Performed preventive maintenance (MP28.114)'on reactor trip breakers.

2.

Reactor trip breaker undervoltage devices were replaced.

3.

Critical dimensions were measured on both new and old undervoltage devices.

The.following safety-related maintenance was performed in the month of May:

1.

Performed miscellaneous maintenance on diesel generators.

2.

Replaced broken follower-roller on IC charging pump breaker charging spring assembly.

3.

Replacement of HFA relays.

4.

Adjusted packing on containment spray pump suction valve Q2E13V012A.

5.

Repacked #2 and #3 river water pumps.

6.

Repaired leak in TDAFWP drain valve Q2N12V3608.
