The purposs of this letter is to notify NRC that the Unit 2 pressurizer surge line has been modified as discussed in References 1 and 2.

This modification was completed during the Unit 2 Cycle 6 refueling outage.

Additionally, Unit 2 now meets the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Code Equation 12 stress limits as required in the subject bulletin. Also, now that the surge lines for both units have been modified (Reference 3), SQN will no longer need to monitor the heatup and cooldown cycles as committed to in Reference 1.
