The purpose of this letter is to notify NRC that the Unit 1 pressurizer surge line has been modified as discussed in References 1 and 2.
This modification was completed during the recent Unit 1 Cycle 6 refueling outage. Additionally Unit I now meets the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Code Equation 12 stress limits as required in the subject bulletin.
