VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT 1 STEAM GENERATOR TUBE PLUGGING REPORT North Anna Unit 1 recently completed its 1994 refueling outage. During the outage, eddy current examinations were conducted for fifty percent of the tubes in steam generators "A" and "C." Technical Specification 4.4.5.5.a, requires a listing of those tubes plugged during the outage to be provided within 15 days of completion.
However, no tubes were plugged as a result of these examinations.
