NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT 2 WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST By letter dated July 28,1993 (Serial No. 93-112A), Virginia Electric and Power Company requested a license amendment for North Anna Power Station Unit 2 to allow use of the Westinghouse laser-welded sleeving nrocess for repair of defects in steam' generator tubes. However, we have recently decided to conduct the Unit 2 steam generator replacement during the spring 1995 outage. This decision eliminates the need for the proposed alternate tube repair methodology..Therefore, we are, hereby, withdrawing this proposed license amendment request.
