Millstone Inspection Sheet - Reinforcement Pad Weld - Updated 3-16-20.pdf Rich/Justin, Please find attached the Updated Inspection Sheet for the Reinforcement Pad Weld. The notes added to the bottom of the page discuss the visual inspection of the pad to branch weld, which was performed today. The result of the inspection was that the weld was found to be SAT.
The attached page replaces Attachment 2, Page 8 of 27 (Page 20 of 41 in the consolidated Adobe PDF file) of our SN 20-103 Alternative Request submittal in its entirety.
