Submittal of HVAC Recovery Plan for Stop Work Actions 14, 15, and 20
Dear Mr. Keppler:
On September 23, 1982, Illinois Power submitted the HVAC Recovery Plan for Stop Work Actions 14, 15, and 20.
Phase I of the plan, which included reviewing all identified problems and developing corrective action plans, was initiated at that time.
Portions of Phase II of the plan, which include the development of schedules, implementation of corrective action plans, and issuance of new HVAC hanger drawings, have also been initiated.
Tne HVAC Recovery Plan has been revised to reflect the Overinspection Program and the Records Verification Program.
This revision also divided actions under phases II and III of the September 23, 1982 plan, resulting in additional phases IV and V.
The HVAC Recovery Plan, Revision 1, is attached for your review and concurrence.
Additionally, Illinois Power respectfully requests your concurrence to proceed with6 this program in parallel with your review of the plan.
Illinois Power will incorporate NRC comments into the plan and into all affected program work, whether complete or incomplete.
