Catawba Nuclear Station, Units I and 2 Docket Nos. 50-413, 414 NRC Inspection Report Nos. 50-413, 414/90-201 Reply to a Notice of Violation Request for Extension A Notice of Violation dated June 24,1991 cited nine Severity Level IV Violatloas concerning mainienance activities at Catawba Nuclear Station. The Notice of Violation cover letter dated June 24,1991 requested our response include a description of particular actions taken or planned to improve the effectiveness of the maintenance program at Catawba.
Due to the number of violations cited and the request for a description of maintenance program improvements, additional time is needed to complete our response. An extension of the response date to August 23,1991 is requested.
