The revision contains no changes which would decrease the effectiveness of the Industrial Security Plan or the level of security provided.
Portions of the attached have been designated as Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
It is requested that those parts of the attachment which are not protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21, be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 (d)(1).
