50. 47 (b) (12) with respect to off-site medical services.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.764 (f) and as specifically stated

-by this Commission in its Order (CLI-82-14), the Licensing Board's Memorandum and Order is subject to an immediate effectiveness type review. Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.764 (f) (2) (ii) ,

II THE LICENSING BOARD HAS CORRECTLY IMPLEMENTED THE COMMISSION'S INTERPRETATION OF 10 CFR 50.47 (b) (12)
