Dear Mr. Seidle:
IE Inspection Report 83-12 The subject report dated July 1, 1983 provided notices of violation for four (4) items identified during the recent 10 CFR 50, Appendix R, audit of the Omaha Public Power Dis-trict's Fort Calhoun Station.
In view of current manpower availability and the complexity and number of issues, the District does not believe a thorough evaluation can be made and the responses prepared within the Commission's thirty (30) day deadline.
Accord-l ingly, the District requests a thirty (30) day extension to our response deadline so a complete and accurate study and reply may be made to the Commission.
