The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in e Reference (A), an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference (B), and time extensions.were requested by References (C), (D), (E), and (F). As of May 16,1983 as estimated that a Final Report would be available by July 29, 1983.

Due to the extensive investigation and evaluation required, it is now expected that this information will be finalized by September 16, 1983, when a complete report will be submitted.

There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
