A brief description and a summary of the safety evaluation is provided for each facility and procedure change.
The annual report consists of two attachments as described below.
Attachment 1 is an addition to the report that covered the period of November 1,
1988 through October 31, 1989.
The attachment includes eight (8) maintenance procedures / temporary modifications that were processed during that period but were inadvertently omitted from the report that was submitted May 23, 1990. is the 1990 Report of Facility Changes, Tests, and Experiments.
It covers the period of November 1, 1989 through October 31, 1990.
