Report of Facility Changes, Tests and Experiments In accordance with 10 CFR 50.59, the Annual Report of Facility Cha nc, s s , Tests and Experiments for the Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 2, is attached. A brief description and a summary of the safety evaluation is provided for each facility and procedure change. The annual report consists of two attachments as described below.
Attachment 1 is an addition to the report that covered the period of November 1, 1988 through October 31, 1989. The attachment includes eight (8) maintenance procedures / temporary modifications that were processed during that period but were inadvertently omitted from the report that was submitted May 23, 1990. Attachment 2 is the 1990 Report of Facility Changes, Tests, and Experiments. It covers the period of November 1, 1989 through October 31, 1990.
