' RESPONSE TO ORDER IMPOSING CIVIL MONETARY PENALTIES
Dear Mr. DeYoung:
Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) has received your letter of June 28, 1983 transmitting an Order Imposing civil Monetary Penalties.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.205 and Section IV of said Order, CP&L hereby transmits its check in the amount of $600,000, payable to the Treasurer of the United States, in payment of these penalties.
