Corrective Action Program
Dear Mr. Keppler:
The purpose of this letter is to advise you of actions taken in addition to those noted in Reference A to complete the resolu-tion of NRC concerns regarding the Corrective Action Program.
All applicable IP and BA departmental procedures have been i
revised and issued to reflect the additional requirements of Corporate Nuclear Procedure 3.02, Corrective Action.
Departmental training to these procedures has been completed.
A lesson plan, Corrective Action Report Writing, was devel-oped and presented to all site personnel involved in the ini-tiation and/or resolution of CA documents.
This lesson plan emphasized the correct method of describing and documenting an adverse condition and the analytical method of determining root cause and generic corrective action to prevent repetition.
IP has addressed and completed action on all NRC concerns regarding the Corrective Action Program.
