HARTSVILLE MOTION TO REQUIRE STAFF RESPONSES TO INTERROGATORIES AND REQUESTS TO PRODUCE Pursvant to 10 CFR Section 2.720 (h) (2) (ii), the Hartsville Group (Intervenor) hereby moves that the presiding officer require that the NRC Staff answer the Interrogatories and Requests to Produce directed to the NRC Staff by the Hartsville Group.
Such answers are necessary to a proper decision in the pro-ceeding. Those answers to the Interrogatories are not reasonably obtainable from any other source.
