With respect to violation C, concerning review and approval of chemical and radiochemical measurement procedures used by vendors and consultants, we have l
contacted the applicable vendor and requested they forward to us the procedures relevant to Oyster Creek. These procedures will be reviewed by PORC and I
approved by the Vice President and Director, Oyster Creek by May 31, 1983.
With respect to violation D, in order to avoid further violations Radiological Controls supervisory personnel will be re-instructed on the requirements of plant procedure No.107 " Procedure Control'. This action will be documented with an expected completion date of May 31, 1983.
