In accordance with the instructions included with the reference, enclosed is a copy of the Certificate of Service on the, 1) Chairman, Benton County Commissioners, and 2) EPA, Region X, EIS Review Coordinator, for the subject FSAR amendment.
The reference also requested that we provide a copy of the FSAR and all amendments to the Attorney General for the State of Washington. The Attorney General's office has returned the FSAR and Amendment 1 and has indicated no desire for the FSAR.
We therefore do not plan to provide that office with FSAR amendments.
