REVISION TO AN APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the " Commission"), Duquesne Light Company ("DLC")
holder of Provisional Operating License No. DPR-66, hereby requests that Technical Specification Change Request No. 84 be revised to con-form with the change in format incorporated into the Technical Specifica-tions by Amendment No. 66.
The proposed technical specification change request revision is a t tached. No safety evaluation is required. The proposed change does not involve a significant change in the types or a significant increase in the amounts of effluents or any change in the authorized power level of the facility. The revision involves no safety issue.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Technical Specifica-tion Change Request No. 84 be amended in the form attached hereto.
